By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services

SetuSync provides software development and digital transformation services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs are outlined in individual project contracts.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for a project, SetuSync transfers all intellectual property rights of the custom-developed code and assets to the client, unless otherwise specified in the contract. SetuSync retains the right to use generic code libraries and tools developed internally.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SetuSync be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
